Do I have to sign a contract? +

Absolutely not. Sign up, pause, or cancel whenever you want with zero fees and zero fine print. We earn your business on every single visit.

Is Scoop Brigade licensed and insured? +

Yes. Scoop Brigade is a fully insured and registered business operating in South Florida. We take our work seriously and want every customer to feel confident letting us into their yard.

What areas do you serve? +

We currently serve Cooper City, Davie, Pembroke Pines, and Weston. Enter your zip code on our homepage to confirm we cover your neighborhood.

How quickly can you start? +

Usually within just a few days of signing up. We will reach out after you submit your quote to confirm your first service date.

What do I need to do before my first visit? +

Not much at all. Just make sure we have access to your gate and that your dog is not going to be a safety issue for our team. That is really it.

How do I know you actually showed up and did the job? +

Before we arrive you will get a heads up text so you know we are on the way. Once we are done you will receive photos of your cleaned yard and your closed gate so you have a full record of every visit.

What if you miss a spot or I am not happy with the service? +

We will make it right. If you are not satisfied with a visit just let us know and we will either come back out to touch it up or apply a credit to your account. Your satisfaction is the whole point.

Do you clean the entire yard? +

We clean any area of your property where your dog has access. Front yard, back yard, side yards, dog runs. If your pup goes there we will scoop it.

Can you clean with my dog in the yard? +

Most of the time yes and we love it. If your dog has shown signs of aggression though, we do ask that you bring them inside while we work. The safety of our team always comes first.

What happens if there's bad weather? +

We work through light rain because in South Florida that is just part of the job. If there is severe weather or lightning in the area we will reschedule your visit to later that same week and let you know by text or email.

Do you provide arrival windows? +

We don't provide exact arrival times but your yard will be serviced on your scheduled day every week. You don't need to be home at all. Just make sure we have access to the gate and we will handle the rest.

What if my gate is locked or you can't access the yard? +

We will reach out right away if we can't get in. Repeated lockouts may result in a missed visit without a credit so just make sure your gate is accessible on your service day and you are all set.

How do I change my service day or pause my service? +

You can manage your schedule, pause your service, and update your preferences anytime through your client portal. You can also reach us directly at info@scoopbrigade.com and we will take care of it for you.

Can I add or remove the deodorizer add-on after I sign up? +

Absolutely. You can add or remove the deodorizer add-on at any time through your client portal or by reaching out to us directly at info@scoopbrigade.com.

How do you make sure my yard isn't cross contaminated? +

We disinfect all of our equipment and boot soles between every single yard we visit. This kills off parasites, bacteria, and viruses before we ever step foot in your yard.

What do you do with the waste after you collect it? +

We double bag everything and toss it in your outdoor trash bin before we leave. Simple as that. We never take waste off your property.

What is the deodorizer add-on? +

After every cleanup we can apply a professional grade enzyme formula directly to your yard. It breaks down the odor causing bacteria at the source so your yard actually smells clean, not just looks clean. You can add it to any service plan for just $10 per visit.
